About us

We are a Lancashire-based training partnership, that offers accredited NLP courses, CPD and INSET, 
and one-to-one hypnotherapy and coaching. 

We provide NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) training courses accredited by INLPTA (www.inlpta.org), from Diploma to Master Practitioner level, bespoke staff development programmes and deliver 1:1 coaching, hypnotherapy and Steven Blake's OldPain2Go(R) Methodology. 
As fully trained hypnotherapists, we are registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and The General Hypnotherapy Register. 

Our courses are based on our own experiences of training and using NLP in our personal and professional lives, and can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. Our experiences with this wonderful system have given us a love for the subject and a huge desire to share it with as many people as possible.

Steve Burns
My career journey has taken me from an industrial apprenticeship, through the charity sector, via an inner-city Social Services department before spending 18 rewarding years working with young people in a Pupil Referral Unit. These strands are now combined in my role as trainer, therapist/coach, and youth worker.

As a result of my own learning experiences, the key to my approach is to offer material that is enjoyable and flexible to use, delivered in a way that engages and challenges clients and participants to test what they have learnt. 

I blend experience and expertise in NLP, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, with a solid academic background in learning and training.

Catherine Jones
I have varied experience as a trainer in both the Public and Private sectors. My corporate life has given me wonderful opportunities to work with people from hugely differing backgrounds, including supporting people back into the workplace to training senior managers. I am an accredited workplace coach and mediator and I hold a Level 7 CIPD qualification. 

My approach to personal development is rooted in NLP, Hypnotherapy and more recently as an OldPain2Go(R) Methodology Practitioner.
